Traditional
real estate agents use many of the same techniques we
use to market properties, but charge twice as much.
And most of the work in finding a property is done by
the buyer's agent or the buyers themselves, not the
listing agent. And yet the broker still wants you to
pay them 6% for this service, which we offer for a low
flat fee.
Consider the following:
- There
is no difference between a flat fee MLS listing
and a full-service listing. Your listing will look
exactly the same as though you were listed through
a traditional agent.
- Traditional
brokers pay half their commission to a buyer's agent
if the buyer has an agent, but keeps the entire commission
for themselves if the buyer doesn't. Under our system,
if the buyer isn't represented by an agent, you keep
the savings, meaning you pay no commission whatsoever.
Why shouldn't the broker pass the savings on to you,
rather than keeping it for themselves?
- Buyer's
agents from all top 100 real estate companies
have sold properties listed through our service.
- Our average
customer saves $8,072!

Consider
the following:
- We pioneered
flat fee MLS listings, and we still do them better.
- While
some companies may offer to list your property for
a slightly lower flat fee, their services don't
match ours in the number of photos offered, the
availability of a Realtor.com showcase, or the length
of the listing term. Often, they don't even include
a yard sign or lockbox!
- Our affiliate
broker network is strongly established. We have worked
with our brokers for a number of years, and hold them
to the same standard of excellence we maintain
for ourselves.
- Why
risk listing with someone less established? See
the benefits of an established reputation with consumers
and within the real estate community.
Comparing
to selling without professional help...
A recent
survey by Consumer Reports showed that only 1% of successful
home sellers chose to market their properties exclusively
through non-MLS websites. The reason the overwhelming
majority of homesellers choose to market their properties
through the MLS is because is works.

Consider
the following:
- 86%
of buyers are represented by licensed Realtors.
These Realtors search for properties on the MLS exclusively....if
you property isn't on the MLS, you don't have exposure
to 86% of the market.
- Many
buyers start their search for properties online
through websites such as Realtor.com. These websites
take their property listings exclusively from the
MLS. Using the MLS is the only way to ensure that
your property is where most of the buyers are going
to be looking.
- For sale
by owner sellers get plenty of phone calls...from
Realtors who want to list their property. Many
for sale by owner home sellers get frustrated by the
sheer volume of agents who call wanting to represent
them. It's often said that traditional agents spend
5% of their time working for their clients and 98%
of their time looking for new ones. Once you list
on the MLS, these kinds of sales calls will disappear.
